80s Does 50s Cotton Floral Dress - Vintage 1980s Fit & Flare Day Dress - deals Summer Garden Party Picnic High Tea Dress - Medium

Fun bright floral dress from the 80s. Shoulders and sleeves are caplet style with a fabric rosette in the middle, bodice is fitted with an attached fabric tie back belt. Has interior lower crinoline.
