About the artist: Stan Cline artist of nostalgia scenes and historian, is a second generation native of "The deals City of the Angels". In 1977, civic pride and the realization that many of the cherished old landmarks were rapidly disappearing, inspired Mr. Cline to start capturing nostalgic scenes of Los Angeles and surrounding areas on canvas. These landmarks were such a big part of our lives back then and Mr. Cline did not want us to forget them.
