Please note: the quantity listed is NOT our actual inventory. We re-list every evening so if it says "1 left" this is not the case.
We do this in case there is a social media post about us so we can effectively manage the queue as everything is done in-house.

We promise the system is simple and straightforward but it WILL take some of your time before and after you order.

This listing is for a 12" WHITE 22 MINUTES MAX PER SIDE (so 44 minutes total).
FYI: the shorter your record the better the sound. While most people do not notice a difference between a 16 min and a 22-minute record, some do so if the sound is REALLY important consider submitting 19 minutes or less per side.
THIS IS A NEW ITEM TO OUR STORE AND THERE IS LIMITED SUPPLY.
The MAX tracks per side is 6 (so 12 total).
We cut all records in 33 1/3 RPM (and offer 45 RPM on request for $10.00 less, write us if you want 45 RPM ---MAX for 45 RPM is 14 minutes per side --- and we'll refund you the difference).
This an a la carte item, it will ship with a plain white label and a choice of a plain jacket unless you also purchase customization which is sold separately in our store.

HOW IT WORKS:

The first step is to add up your running times or your playlist by using our Time Calculator https://www.grunsports.com/utils/recordCalc/

1). After you add up your running times and decide on which vinyl you want, you may add customization to the label and or the jacket.

If you order a custom item after you order the vinyl, it will be added to your order (it won't ship separately) and the details on how to send us your label or jacket elements are detailed in the listings.

2). Sending us your song files:

IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO BUY THE SONGS FOR YOU, SKIP TO STEP 2A

After you purchase, your receipt has detailed directions on how to send us your song files.
You will create a desktop folder, drag the song files to the folder, rename the songs in the folder to the order you want them to play, and send the folder to our Dropbox account (link is provided on the receipt).
You will need to make sure the songs are recently purchased, not copy-protected and purchased from iTunes or Amazon (not Apple Music)*.
We cannot use Spotify or Apple Music playlists.

You can send us mp3, m4a, wav files (please see receipt and FAQS on how to get the best sound quality and best file types).

(You may add this to your vinyl order after purchasing the vinyl (or you may add it to your cart before checkout).
We ask that you send us the playlist exactly like the example in the listing.

3) Please check your mailing address before you purchase from our store!!!
ETSY does not let us save edits to the shipping labels so we ask that you double-check your ETSY account info before purchasing and verify the address where you want us to send the record.
If you need to change the address after you purchase, please contact us and we'll cancel/refund the order so you can re-purchase with the right details.

FAQS:

Q. I know NOTHING about vinyl, tech, etc and this is an important gift - can you help me?
Yes. While most questions are answered in the listing description above, we are happy to stand by and help guide you through the process.

Q. My playlist is on Spotify, Apple Music will this work?
A. NO. Songs must be available in a file format that we can use - like an m4a from iTunes or mp3 from Amazon or better yet, wav files on Bandcamp.
Spotify and Apple Music do NOT offer files we can use.

Q. Can you send us photos of the order?
Sorry, no - the workflow does not allow for any additional handling and the studio lighting is too dim for pictures.

Q. I did not order the correct color/run time, what should I do?
A. No problem - contact us and we can discuss options and change the order.

Q. I want to order to save a space in the queue and will get my details to you as soon as I can, what should I do?
A. You may order now and send us the details at a later date. Ideally, you will be able to let us know when you can send us the songs, etc but an order is good for all time.

*Q. My playlist side is under 22 minutes, will there be silence? deals
No. There is no minimum and we do not "fill" the additional time with silence.

Q. My playlist is a little over 22 minutes, is this ok?
Yes, the ab max is 22:30. If your run time is more than 22:30 please contact us and we can discuss options.

Q. I am not ready to order yet but your inventory appears low what should I do?
We keep our inventory numbers low to control the number of orders we sell each day (in case there is a social media post about us that goes viral) but MOST items will not ever sell out, we re-stock every evening.
The truly limited items have a LIMITED in the title (white vinyl and red translucent).
