Note!!! Beefore to made order you must Measure your dog's neck with a string and ruler OR measure your dog's existing collar from the leather fold at the buckle, to the hole most commonly used. And tell me what age of your dog. And i will help you choose the right size.

Please note: The collar is not made for swimming in water, pools or sea because chlorine and salt can damage iron - we recommend taking it off before letting your buddy swim.
The appearance of scratches, scuffs is normal in the process of operation like on every other leather items. During games, it is recommended to remove the collar from the dog.

We do not accept returns or exchanges since these items are made to order.
If for any reason we made a mistake, such as the wrong size or design, we will allow for an exchange so we may correct our mistake. This does not allow a buyer to return worn products to us. That will null any refund or exchange that we discussed. We expect the return to deals be returned to us in the same brand new unworn condition that we had our products are shipped out in.
