Vintage 1930s - A beautiful, hand carved shell cameo from the Art Deco era. The carved white features are pure and lovely on the pale peach shell background, and the natural colouration to the shell on her decollete is original. Minor traces of black enamel still remain visible on the ornate Czech gilt brass setting.

Width: 1 7/16 " or 10.5 mm.

Condition: Very good. This cameo appears to have been well cared for, and is pristine with no visible flaws to the shell. The original soldering on the clasp shows a minor hairline, but this appears to be an old factory flaw as the clasp tests strong & secure.
