This beautiful stained glass mosaic panel features a swallowtail butterfly with colorful wings of various shades and opacities of blue and yellow glass, along with a mint green background. It has been created using hand-cut stained glass and glass nuggets adhered to a solid glass base. The mosaic is permanently mounted in a vintage solid wood frame (9 1/2" x 11 1/2" - measured to the outer edge of frame), and finished with a dark grey colored grout. The mosaic panel comes with a hanging kit.

Glass on deals glass (GOG) mosaics blends the transparency of modern stained glass with the intricacy of mosaics. The result is a detailed piece of artwork that "glows" when light is transmitted thru it.
