The tutu (skirt) is made with White tulle. I use many, many yards of premium quality tulle for all my tutus. I use two full double layers of tulle so deals they will be extra full and fluffy!!!!!
The tutu is hand tied onto a White crochet top. The tutu dress comes with a detachable red bow clip with an eye catching pearl with rhinestones! Black felt circles are added on the dress to complete the Dalmatian look. I also add a soft removable red tulle halter for the extra for extra support.

These adorable white and black cotton and chiffon ruffled leg warmers with red bows are a great addition to a little ladies wardrobe!!!!
These super stretchy leg warmers fit most babies about 3 months to 2T to the top of the thigh, and most toddlers and little ladies up to 3 or 4 years old just over the knee and to about 7 or 8 or older under the knee. They can also be worn by older girls on the arms as arm warmers!!! These leg warmers make diaper changes super easy and work great with potty training. They look adorable paired with dresses, skirts, shorts, bloomers, diaper covers, tutus, or a onesie!!!!
