This beautiful quilt will be deals a great accent for your room or make a wonderful gift for someone. Soft sage green is the main color with accents in shades of brown. The quilt is built around a panel of sage greens and brown and surrounded by various borders of coordinating fabric. The back is a green fabric with small brown flowers matching one of the borders on the front.
I used high quality 100% cotton and cotton batting for this quilt and I quilted it on a long arm quilting machine using a meandering swirl design in contrasting thread.
The matching brown binding is machine sewn on, using mitered corners then turned to the back and hand stitched. I believe this personal touch provides a smooth finished look.
The quilt measures approximately 54" x 64".
All my quilts are created in a smoke free environment and are completely washable in cool water, gentle cycle and may be tumble dried on a low setting. To maintain the bright colors, I suggest washing with a Shout Color Catcher sheet.
