I Started with a smaller 6" Antique Coes Wrench Company Adjustable Wrench made in USA in the 1890s - 1910s. Then I added a Hand Forged Steel handle to the top that gives you an even hold with plenty of leverage to make twisting red hot steel an easy job.
For those smaller twisting jobs... when a large twisting wrench is just too big.
Extended handle is made from 3/8" round steel rod with a looped end.
The antique adjustable wrench forged in Worcester, Mass. USA. It is a well made solid wrench. Now that it has been transformed into a Blacksmith's Twisting Wrench, It's ready for another lifetime or two of excellent use.
100+ years old Coes Wrenches are getting hard to find any more, especially in this condition!

I hand forged the twisting handle from medium carbon steel and high strength welded it into the wrench. Extremely Solid.
This is a Great style of twisting wrench. It is adjustable for almost any size or shape of steel.
