This is a limited edition # 01863 of 12,000.
The 12 days of Christmas countdown deals begins in the windows. Open the numbered windows to reveal a toy. The 12th day is the front door when open Santa appears. The house is 8 inches long, 8 inches tall and 6 inches wide. Good pre owned condition no chips or cracks. The small countdown sign the goes on the right side of the house is missing.
