This mini kopis sword is based on the full size Greek and miniature Mesopotamian swords. It was forged from a piece of 1in rebar and water quenched to get it as hard as possible. Rebar is a mild steel and is not as durable deals as high carbon or spring steels however this sword is plenty strong and sharp to chop up some watermelons water bottles or the occasional gladiator. this sword is built as a display piece for a man cave that can stand up to being played with as a good man cave sword should! The handle is wrapped and heated copper wire that has been sealed with epoxy so it wont loose its bronze color.
