1960s Victoria Flemming Midcentury Modern handpainted cufflinks with Chinese characters deals (longevity and health) and gold gilt trim

Swanky, elegant, Mad Men style and era midcentury modern (circa 1960s) vintage cufflinks by Victoria Flemming.

Designs of gold gilt were painted over fused layers and the pieces were fired again. Different types of glass required different temperatures and firing times, so one pair of cufflinks might go into the kiln anywhere from 2 to 4 times. The resulting highly dimensional organic shapes, rich colors, and complex patterns make it easy to see why these pieces were so popular. They have a fancy gold trim and are Artist signed by Victoria Flemming N.Y
