With the author's signed presentation letter bound in to the front, the paper being headed with the address of the Drake on Spruce Street in Philadelphia. The letter is addressed to a Stanley Scott, with a label to the rear pastedown, 'Stanley Scott, The Bothy, 42 Coronation Street, Chard, Somerset'.
