LENGTH for the tutu skirt is totally up to you, Listing has the option to choose a tutu from length12''inches up to 45''inches, for a perfect fit you can measure from waist to desire length and choose according that info, if you want it to be longer than 45'' just send me a message for pricing

WAIST has an elastic band, Listing includes price up to 35" waist if you need it to be bigger, pls send me a message for pricing

Tutus ARE NOT Lined, for adults you will want to wear something underneath for extra coverage, I recommend wearing short tight shorts, a bathing suit bottom or a slip in matching color.
