Brand New - Customized!! It says my daughter name Gianna on the front. I paid to have it customized text in the color petunia. Unfortunately I found out after I purchased it that the school isn't allowing backpacks (I know .. it's crazy) but anyways it's brand new with tags. I have a pet free/smoke free home. Hoping to recover some $$$ I paid for this. I know this deals style is in demand, so maybe you have a daughter named Gianna or you have a way to remove the extra stitching or you want to put a patch over it.
