Hare deals Necklace with Deep Orange Gemstone Eyes, Sterling Silver Hare Necklace, Hallmarked Handmade, Unique, Gift

This is my silver Hare pendant with Gemstone eyes. I have made deals this using traditional methods of lost wax casting. It is handmade by myself in my workshop in Dartmoor, England. I have set the gems from inside the Hares head so that light shines through. When the light catches them, they glow orange and you can see artifacts that have been enveloped.

The Romans first introduced the hare to England and they have been fascinated ever since. Hare mythology plays a crucial part in our stories and history, from Cornish legend's otherworldly White Hare to the Mad Hatter's tea party. In hare mythology, the hare is a creature with pagan, sacred, and mystic associations, by turns benign, cunning, romantic, or, most famously, in its March courtship rituals, mad. It is largely silent, preferring to feed at night or, in summer, as the last light fades from the day, a shadowy existence that adds to its mysteriousness in hare mythology.

This pendant weighs approximately 15 grams. It is approximately 30mm in diameter at its ears and 35mm long. It is a large heavy pendant. It has been Hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office with both UK and conventional hallmarks and also Princetown Silver makers mark. This is your guarantee that you are getting an authentic, original genuine piece made from Sterling Silver which will always have commercial value.

It either comes with a wax cotton necklace with silver clasps or a 50cm silver chain - please make your choice in the selections. If you require a different length chain or cord please ask.

It will come in a gift box. I use recycled materials and packaging. Wherever possible I have used ethical methods to produce this item and have limited my own processes and waste to a minimal degree.

I always price my work fairly so I can at least meet the minimum wage requirement.
