1, Chest width: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the bust. Be sure to keep tape level across back deals and comfortably loose.

2, Waist: Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.

3, Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your leg.

4, Shoulder width: take your best-fitting shirt, and measure from the shoulder seam on one side to the shoulder seam on the other side.

5, Upper arm(biceps) : just of your body upper arm circumference in the thickest place.

6, Sleeves length: measure form the shoulder seam to the sleeve end.Please measure your best-fitting jacket.
