Orange rust warm crushed velvet with gold bullion trim that has a warm patina. Missing top cap. Could be used with a lamp or swag light. Velvet needs a gentle brushing. I always use a tooth brush. Measures 3 across at the opening. Inside plastic lining is frail due to age. Bottom edge is scalloped.
