Open to Offers. Released in 2002. All pieces it comes with shown in pics 1 & 2. Missing the side ramp piece that goes to the base from the original package. The barrel dispenser has some pieces missing but I placed some rubber deals Jakks trash cans in it to test and it did hold them with some maneuvering. The battery pack is missing a spring so I don't believe the electronic aspect works.
