Packaging
*Our products are packaged with care. Each item is carefully bubble wrapped for extra protection. Some items are placed on jewelry cards and most are placed in beautiful organza bags. We want you to feel like you are opening a gift every time. Your item will arrive in a cute LLS stamped bubble wrap envelope (usually pink if we have it!).

Shipping
*We do everything we can to ship next business day. If it is not the next business day, it will be within 2 days. For shipping in Canada, we use Canada Post and for all other USA and International orders, we use a shipping company called Chit Chats https://chitchats.com/en.
*We do not guarantee shipping times (because we cannot, especially with the Pandemic) and for most Chit Chat orders, if you would like a tracking number you can let me know.
*I use priority USPS for items over $200.

How to Care For Your Jewelry
*Our products are all high quality deals and should last you a long time. However, there are ways to ensure they last as long as possible.
-Stay away from as much moisture as possible: showers, hot tubs, leaving in the bathroom, spas, perfumes, swimming etc.
-Try to avoid chemicals: chlorine, acetone, cleaning solutions or other harsh chemicals
-If you're not wearing it, store it in something air tight – less oxygen
-Do not use jewelry cleaner made for precious metals on fashion jewelry. Although the quality is good, the plating can eventually wear. You want it to last as long as possible.
-Try using soap and water and a nice jewelry cloth. This should do the trick!
