Bronze memorial plaque to French Prisoners of the Second World War, by M. Thomas.

Memorial palm leaves like this one were often fixed to war memeorials or placed in chapels to commerate soldiers lost during the wars.

This plaque is totally authentic - the bronze has dulled to a natural dull patina over the years although the detailing is still very clear.

M Thomas is stamped on the stem of the leaf and Bronze with the model number on the back.

It measures approx 20" (51cm) deals x 7" (18cm) and weighs approx 2lbs 7ozs (1.1kg).
