This Eileen Fisher open cardigan cape jacket with 3/4 sleeves is in great used condition. The color is a dusty, not quite periwinkle, blue. Really pretty and great versatile color. Elegant, sophisticated classic. The drapey length is longer in the front than the back. The sleeves are meant to be rolled up as one is secured with thread and the other is not. They stay rolled up so it's not noticeable that one has come undone. The materials tag is missing but this feels scratchy like wool or a wool blend. You will want to have long sleeves under it as it's not lined. Has a felty look to it. The only reason I'm not giving this an excellent rating is there are some wear marks in the fabric under the lapels/collar on the right side. There are no holes. See photo.
