OUR STORY

As the parents of two kids with life threatening food allergies and asthma, we get the need to have medicine immediately accessible, in a fun and functional case that fits and protects the medicine while alerting those who need to know that there is medicine inside. The case also needs to fit our kids! If a case is uncomfortable or unattractive to your child, they will not want to carry it or wear it. When kids design their own case, they will naturally take ownership of it and want to carry it, take care of it and not lose it. Our studio is free of the top 8 allergens, fragrances, toxic chemical cleaners, pets and smoke. We understand the importance of preventing reactions and take the same precautions as we would for our own children.

SIZE

Each case is custom sized to fit you or your child and the medicine that will be carried. The maximum cut for our waist packs is 10” x 5”. If you are unsure of the size, please send us a picture of what will go in the case prior to placing your order. When placing your order, please include the following information in the deals comments:

DESIGN

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt from Etsy that contains a link to the design form with thread colors, fonts, design gallery and more to choose from. The pictures listed are examples of a few of the cases we have done already. After completing the form, you will have the opportunity to approve mock-ups before your case is made.

MATERIALS

We use a variety of layers of materials to help protect your medicine, while making the case comfortable, compact and durable. Every case will have a minimum of three layers of materials, including the heavy duty Sunbrella and quick dry polyester sport knit. Unless you request latex free (non-stretch) webbing, we will use our heavy duty polyester woven elastic belting. The case is finished off with a parachute buckle and two sliders for an adjustable custom fit.

UPGRADE OPTIONS

ICE Panel = In Case of Emergency Embroidered Panel.
The emergency panel is a flap that is sewn to the inside of the case. You can add 4 lines with 18-20 characters / spaces per line. Suggested information for the panel would be name, medical condition, basic emergency instructions and emergency contact information.

ID Pocket = Clear plastic pocket on the inside that is sized to hold a medical alert card.

PRODUCTION TIME

Once you have completed your order, you will receive your order confirmation email with a link to design forms or you can use the link above. You may also want to download the Etsy app so that you do not miss future communications about your order. Because these are custom made, production time may vary. Most custom cases require a full 8 weeks to complete. Please see the message at the top of the store front page for current production times and deadlines for peak seasons. If you need the case sooner, please ask about rush options.
