These cozy throw blankets measure 51" W x 71" L (130cm x 180cm) of pure softness and is of medium weight for those cool/cold nights for cuddling.

Softer than Cashmere yet warm, durable, super soft and silky. Alpaca fiber is comparable to mohair, cashmere and other rare fibers. The Alpaca fibers are semi-hollow; giving Alpaca fiber added insulating value over other fibers including cashmere, wool, lambswool, mohair and others.

Alpaca contains absolutely "no itch" as experienced with typical wool fabrics. Each throw is produced on a hand loom, hand finished with excellent individual care and attention to detail.

Alpaca fiber is considered to be hypoallergenic, due to the lack of lanolin (natural body oils) produced by most animals. Removing these other oils, not present in Alpaca fibers, are often washed out with chemicals or harsh soaps.
