Featured here is one (1) .4 carat oval cut, dark purple/red color change pastel pyrope garnet. These gems are in a class of their own! They exhibit a robust color change deals from dark purple under LED light, to a red-pink under incandescent light. The rough was found in Bekily, Madagascar in the 2010's, but the deposit was small and not much of this material was produced. This gem would be amazing for your collection or next jewelry project. This gem measures 5 x 3.65mm.
