This product is deals hand-crafted, stained/painted, and finished with a premium semigloss finish for silky smooth finish. Yoga Mat hooks are made 3D printed.
Finish Options: Fitness station finish options include stain, enamel paint, natural w/ poly or raw unfinished wood. (See picture for finish colors). Stain and enamel finish process described below.
Stained Finish: Before finishing, each piece is sanded with 220 grit paper for optimal smoothness and then I apply a pre-stain wood conditioner to prevent streaks/blotches during the staining process. Each piece then receives 2 coats of semigloss finish polyurethane (except for raw wood option).
Enamel Painted finish: Before finishing, each piece is sanded with 220 grit paper for optimal smoothness and then I apply a base coat of primer using a commercial grade sprayer followed by two coats of enamel paint.

The fitness organizer mounts on the wall using keyhole slots which are routed into back of the unit. Keyholes are more secure than the more common hangers and are hidden behind the unit to give you a clean finished look that mounts flush to your wall. We include wall anchors and screws to complete the install.
