This is what they used to call a "Tilt Topper" hat has it has an attached piece in the back to fit over the back of your head with the front titled on the top you your head. The hat is in a black felt and has a band with a large bow in a blue taffeta that also has a thinner band in black velvet on the top and bottom. The matching gloves are in a blue fabric that has a waffle weave to it with tiny black polka dots and a black sheer nylon trim and on the back of the gloves. The label on the gloves reads ADE and then 5 A. There is no label on the hat. The quality is very good as is the condition. The hat measures 38 inches around. The set comes from a SMOKE FREE home.
