Made with reclaimed materials. The top is a beautiful Italian porcelain. I hand built the frame . Not just a few tack welds. I welded it to last. The white steel balls are welded into place. Not listed this way but shipping is available at buyers cost. Nothing is free in this world. I deals don't raise the prices to make money on the shipping. You can arrange or I can.
