Plaid red and green cotton flannel top layer, green cotton 2nd layer are trimmed with white lace. Two additional layers of green tulle add fullness and fanciness. The plaid red and green cotton flannel bodice, has a babe collar and is decorated with green cotton application, white lace and red silk roses. Green cotton w/white lace creates short "sleeves".
Made of cotton, fully interfaced and lined. Velcro closures at neck and chest that will adjust for comfort fit. It comes with or without a D-ring and with or without a Red Ribbon.
