Grace Alexander Studios/NaptimeCreations will not replace any product due to error or mishap.  All work is hand done and all sales final.  If the provided product is damaged do to mishap from GAS/NC services paid by customer may be refunded but not the cost of the product provided.  Any damaged product will be shipped back to customer as GAS/NC expense.  I feel confident in the work I will be able to provide but things do happen with any hand painted product.
