Custom House Portrait deals 8" x 10"

I will create ONE 8" x 10" custom watercolor house portrait from photos you provide. You may send your photos through Etsy conversations. The painting will be done on 140 lb watercolor paper using watercolor and watercolor pencil. It will be signed and come with a certificate of authenticity. The painting is done entirely by my own hand, no over painting or digital painting is used.

I will add up to 4 people, pets, cars, etc at no extra charge. and can paint in any season with desired landscape. I think of myself as an illustrator and enjoy telling the visual story of families and their homes. I have won many awards over the years and have most recently done artwork for Biltmore Estates.
