Rabbit Proof WrapThe back of this vintage style apron replicates the front for total coverage. It slips over yourohead, rests on the shoulder,oand ties at each side. There are 2 large pockets of the front pane, over which hangs the removable vintage dish towel. It is attached by 3 large vintage buttons. The other was building what they called the " Rabbit Proof Fence" across the country.Three little girls ran away fa poanoorphanage, outsmarted trackers and government police & walked a 1000 miles back to their home. True story.In the documentary a ranch woman,owearing a similar styled apron to the one I offer here,ogave the girls food andowarm coats to help them on their journey. It is in remembrance of kindness,opersistence,oappreciation andorespect, that I offer this style of apron.
