All print purchases will also come with a jpeg image file of the piece to use as an avatar/profile photo.

DIGITAL
Choose the digital version (20"x20" jpeg and pdf) to print on your own.
** No physical item will be sent to the gift recipient. **

PRINTS
**Currently available in the U.S. only**
All prints are created by the giclee printing process on archival-quality thick matte paper with a subtle watercolor texture. Frame not included.
All print purchases will also come with a jpeg image version of your file to use as an avatar/profile photo.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase this item, specifying the name of the Giver and the name of the Gift Recipient in the Add Your Personalization box provided.

2. I will send you a digital file to download of your personalized gift certificate within 24 hrs.

3. Print or email the gift certificate.

4. Have fun giving the gift! The gift recipient and I will take it from here.Purchase this item.

5. The gift recipient will contact me via email at illustratedspellbook [!at] gmail.com.
- I will send them a questionnaire about their character.
- I may ask them to expand/clarify on some of their answers, or I may be deals able to dive right in!

6. Initial Sketch Proposal
- After making an initial sketch, I will send it to them for approval. This is the point at which major adjustments can be made. I will re-send the sketch for approval up to 2 times.

7. Painting
- When we agree on the initial sketch, I start the painting process.

8. Final Approval
- I will send them the portrait to review and provide their approval. I will make minor adjustments and send for final approval up to 2 times.

9. If you selected the Digital option, I will provide them access to a Google Drive folder with JPEG and PDF file versions of their completed piece.

10. If you selected the Print option, their print will be shipped to them and arrive within 10 business days of the final approval of the sketch.
