Handmade Parchment deals Book with da Vinci Text and Japanese Silk, Hard cover

This book is completely hand crafted deals by yours truly using the only the best materials. It is a hardcover with as outer cover very old parchment (>100 years) originating from English deeds. The inner cover is made from red Japanese cotton with a printed hexagonal pattern. On the front cover, I painted a text from Leonardo da Vinci in black Indian ink accompanied with a Celtic inspired circle painted in sepia ink. Small decorations are made in gold leaf.The back of the cover is partly decorated with Japanese marbled silk in two distinct colours . The inner pages are all made from hand-made paper and are suited for various writing instruments like pencil, fountain pen and roller ball. All paper and cardboards used in this book are acid-free. The dimensions are 21 cm x 15 cm x 2 cm. It is a lovely piece made from unique materials.

Each book is accompanied by a piece of page paper so that you can try the writing instrument of your choice. A ruler (15 cm) is included in some of the pictures for reference.
