Chrysanthemum Leaf Outlines in White Over Red Brown, Silk Haori Kimono Jacket Vintage deals Japanese

An all-over pattern of delicate cream outlines of chrysanthemum leaves with occasional twisting vine stems for graphic interest, on slightly textured chirimen crepe. Great color for fall, too. This haori is woven of crepe-spun thread, so has nice drape, good body and likely a good degree of wrinkle resistance for a natural fiber. Pretty himo (hand-knotted silk ties) with complementary colors and a few very fine gold threads for subtle sparkle. It's in very good vintage condition.

It's about 49 inches around at the waist when worn open as designed, about 49.6 inches from sleeve to sleeve, and 30.1 inches from shoulder to hem. If you prefer another color himo (ties), please contact me to discuss options.

I have fibromyalgia, I don't have the energy to iron, and this is vintage kimono fabric which has been stored for years. I have not noticed any stains or spots, but it may have age- or storage-related imperfections. When I find these, I state them. As is normal with vintage items, this item is sold as is.

US shipping is by Priority mail and is only minimally insured. Should you wish it more fully insured or sent by another option, convo me. If sent under-insured I can not be held responsible should something go wrong in the shipping. I try to refund overage on shipping charges.
