This is a 2002 Fenton Blue Topaz over translucent Cloud White art glass basket. It is hand painted with flowers by P. Lane. It is a limited edition signed by Nancy Fenton and numbered 228. It is part of their Family Signature Series. It comes with paperwork but No box. The foil label came off and so I attached it to the paperwork. It stands 7 1/4" high (top of the handle) and 4" wide. It is in very good condition without chips or cracks. It's a beautiful color and the flowers are very pretty. deals
