Creative Design Teddy deals Bear Witch Halloween Decoration. Approximately 22" tall. This spectacular bear dressed as a witch will be an adorable addition to your Halloween decor. She is wearing an orange dress with jingle bells, a sparkly purple cape with a matching witch hat and holds a raffia broom with a spider. I believe this is new as it has the plastic hang tag attached (no tag). However, I am not sure and am listing it as used. I did notice that there is some kind of threading on the side of one of the shoes and not the other. I am not sure why (maybe manufacturing defect), but am pointing it out as a flaw. Also, you can see quite a bit of glue where the bottom of the shoe meets the top portion of the shoe. The hanging jingle bells are on the front part of the costume and not the back. I believe that is the way the manufacturer made it. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing. Please take a look closely at the pictures as they also serve as part of the description.
