"Mt Diablo 2" McCormack Williamson Co. Winery is deals the 42nd painting in a series of 50 rural hay landscapes. This painting is a loose and painterly landscape of a hay field with the McCormack Winery and Mount Diablo in the background as the sunsets. It was painted from my own photo. I painted 50 paintings in 50 days. All are 6" X 6" oil paintings of rural hay farming and harvest in California's Central Valley. I, Marilyn Eger painted them & each one is an original composition on 1/8" masonite board.
