Stunning vintage 7-piece Set - Indian Brass Aftaba and deals 6 matching Goblets - with red and blue inlays

I really don't know anything about this set. I bought it second hand and it is not signed so I'm not sure of the maker or age. All pieces are in good condition except there are a few deals scratches under one of the top circles of the Aftaba - please see the last pic.

The tray measures 7 inches tall (height of its center pole) and 8 inches wide.

Each of the 6 goblets measure approx. 4 inches tall. The top diameter (opening) measures 1 and one-half inches and the diameter of the base measures 1 and one-quarter inches.
