Returns and cancellations for custom orders:

There are no returns for custom portrait orders.
I accept cancellations up to date of shipment.
Before I ship, you will receive a photo of the completed piece. Please request any changes prior to shipment. At this point you have 3 options: 1) approve for shipment, 2) request reasonable changes, deals 3) cancel the order for full refund. If you fail to respond, I will go ahead and ship the order, as you have already paid for it.
Before shipping, I apply 2 coats of a protective acrylic finish to protect the painting. After this point I cannot make changes!

I will carefully pack the painting so it will not be damaged in transit.
