The length of your Collar strap with rings will be 2" shorter than the Collar size you order so that you can securely tighten it so there's no chance of your dog slipping out of his/her Collar.

All Hardware INCLUDING the Rivets is 100% Stainless Steel. Because these are crafted from Beta Biothane and Stainless Steel, they are Durable, Waterproof and Odorproof.
