2. Once I receive the payment, I will send you a questionnaire that you need to complete

3. I will then send 3 logo concepts (samples) within 3-5 business days

4. Once you receive the samples, you choose the final logo. If needed, you can request changes to the logo of your choice (such as color, text, tagline or background). Revision time is 1-2 business days (from the minute I receive your message for revisions).

Our team will keep working on your logo until you are 100% satisfied.

5. Once you are satisfied with your logo, I send you the final logo formats

Turnaround for your custom logo package is typically 1 business week. It will depend on the number of revisions and how fast you get back to me.
