Handcrafted in Wisconsin. A traditional 5 year anniversary gift is made of wood. This teardrop-style fishing net is made from a single strip of steam-bent ash. Careful selection of locally sourced wood is key to building nets that are light, sturdy and balanced.

This net handles fish up to about 14". Overall length is 20-1/2″. The bow is 13-1/2″ long x 9″ wide. The black walnut handle is custom-fit to the bow, and has a brass eye screw installed for tethering. The bow has multiple coats of UV-resistant marine spar varnish.

Available with two net sack options: The 10" soft knotless nylon netting sack gets softer after it's been wet a time or two. The clear lightweight rubber sack is favored for catch-and-release fly fishing. Either sack option will accommodate a magnetic net release (not included) at the top of the bow.
