Nothing wrong with the watch mechanical wise but the top band does have a tear in it but those can be replace with nicer ones I just have the stock rubber one on it, as well as it does have wear and tear I used it for work and I worked in deals construction so it got scratched up some but nothing major and I've heard that those scratches can be buffed out but idk other than that it works just fine as it should and comes with everything I got it with, the charger and box and the extra band if you have a smaller wrist oh and it does have a screen protector on it you may be able to tell from the pictures so the screen is flawless.
