The item is in used condition with signs of previous usage! I am unable to fully test the item as I don't own any cartridge ink to test the item. I was only able to plug the unit to the wall but I am unsure if it's powered on or not. The top half of the case is detached from the deals bottom half of the case so it doesn't close properly.
