This toy is part of the CVS Limited Edition to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the song "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer". Approx. 20 years ago, CVS deals Pharmacy and Stuffins ran an exclusive program offering limited edition character collectibles in the 6 weeks leading up to Christmas. Two 6" plush toys were introduced each week. They sold out immediately and are very highly collectible.

The 12 inch were extremely limited to only a few going to each CVS store. Very limited edition! The Pink Spotted Elephant, Dolly Sue, Misfit Train, King Moonracer and Fat Santa were the scarcest to hit the stores and are therefore, the rarest!
