Stunning Art Nouveau lavalier butterfly necklace. Hand crafted in sterling silver with beautifully detailed design. Enameled in rich shades of blue and green. The pretty suspender is an iridescent lime.

Measures 1 1/2" across and 2" down including the suspender. It is attached to a 16" fine sterling silver cable chain.

This pendant is marked on the reserve, R&SD Sterling. The cable chain has been added at a later date; the original was most likely broken.

The colours are rich and the enameling is perfect. It has a wonderful iridescence.

Absolutely wonderful unique find. This piece would make a great addition to any antique/vintage jewelry collection.
