This has happened in a VERY tiny proportions of orders (less than 0.03%!), but I would hate for it to happen to any more - while I still don't understand exactly what caused it, the most likely thing is the packing tape I've been using lately (because it is more eco-friendly) - it is however more porous, so the issue might be happening where the tape gets damp. To be on the safe side, make sure your print is removed fa m its packaging as soon as it is practical to do so, and stored in a dry place out of direct sunlight. The archival inks will not fade but it's always a better idea to keep artwork out of direct sunlight.
