A double hip bag made from reclaimed denim with black cotton trim.
On the left hip: slip in pocket is 6 1/2" deep, opening to 7 1/2" wide.
The zippered pocket is 6" deep opening to 6 1/2" wide.
On the right hip: slip in pocket is 7" deep by 7 1/2 " wide. Zippered pocket is 6" deep by 7" wide.
Shortest length of "belt" is 47" extending to about 50", with plastic adjuster.
The hip bag is 8 1/2 to 9" at the widest parts, where the pockets are.
The bag is filled with a slight batting to make it just firm enough to be deals comfortable while feeling sturdy.
The lining is made of the same reclaimed denim.
My signature of mixed piecework includes silkscreened leaves from the Pacific NW native Madrone tree, drawn by me, then rendered to the screen.
I would recommend dry cleaning the bag, but if that's not your thing, spot cleaning with lukewarm water and mild soap will do the trick.
