Fabric: Silk charmeuse hand-painted with liquid dyes professionally steam set for deals lasting color.
Hand wash in warm water, mild soap. Cool water rinse, squeeze lightly, roll in towel, hang dry, if needed press with dry iron, or dry clean. May bleed slightly as most all natural fibers do.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER:
Each piece is created with my hands and heart.
The hand-painted silks used in the clothing and scarves, are an extension of my framed wall paintings on silk. It's one of my forms of abstract expression through wearable art. Over 1000 scarves and tunics have sold already and I'm just happy to take each journey anew.

The Colors of Life clothing designs started as part of my fashion show runway styles of one-of-a-kind pieces that now include blouses and tops, pants and skirts, capris and shorts.

In addition to the clothing and jewelry designs, I've been a fine artist working over 25 years and have created hundreds of paintings, sculptures, and silk mobiles, selling in Hawaii art galleries and gift shops.
